Nirali Special
This 'Chef of the Year' award winning dish consists of diced chicken marinated with yogurt, a special masala sauce and selected herbs. This is cooked with fresh tomatoes, ginger, onions, a blend of spices and fresh cream. Garnished with cashew nuts and fried onions.
Samundari Thaal
An exciting and most exclusive combination of succulent prawns cooked in shashlik sauce. King prawns marinated in subtle herbs and spices cooked over a charcoal grill. Masala fish served with pineapple malai sauce, pot roasted baby potatoes and green salad.
